'In this episode of my video log I trained lower body with natural Olympia champion Eddy Ung. I give you guys an insight as to what my program consists of and some tips and tricks to improve the quality of your movement to build a bigger set of wheels. Lower Body A: 1. High Bar Squats 3 sets of 6-8 reps - RPE @ 8 2. Romanian Deadlift 3 sets of 8-10 reps - RPE @ 8 3. BB Hip Thrusts 2 sets of 10-12 reps - RPE @ 8 4. Lying Leg Curl 3 sets of 12-15 reps - RPE @ 8 5. Walking Lunges 2 sets of 15-20 reps each leg - RPE @ 8 6.
